Documents Required at the Time of Admission/Reporting
(a) JEE Main/CET/CUET Rank Card and Admit Card
(b) Attested Copies of all mark sheets/certificates, from 10th (or equivalent) onwards for verification.
(c) Passport size photographs of candidate (3 Copies) , Parent’s Photograph (1 Copy)
(d) Copy of Aadhar Card
(e) Character Certificate in original from the Head of the institution from where the Candidate has passed his qualifying exam or from Gazetted Officer (Original), not more than 6 (six) months old.
(f) Medical Certificate of fitness – Format for Medical Certificate
(g) Anti Ragging Form — Download
(h) Seat Allotment letter
(i) Receipt/Proof of payment of remaining fee to institute (to be paid at the time of reporting)
(j) Reserved Category certificate (if applicable)
(k) If result of qualifying examination is awaited, the candidates need to submit the undertaking. (Form available at the Institute)
(l) Gap year affidavit on Rs 10 Stamp Paper (if there is a gap in study) — Download
(m) If student have passed the qualifying examination through distance/open education system of any recognized University/board, necessary documentary evidence related to location of study centre.
CARRY ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS (FOR CROSS VERIFICATION) ALONG WITH TWO SET OF SELF ATTESTED COPIES AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION/REPORTING
In the absence of mandatory documents of proof of eligibility for admission in programme, the candidature shall be cancelled.
